Stuart Anderson has written extensively on the history of pharmacy, editing Making Medicines: A Brief History of Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals (2005), and authoring Pharmacy and Professionalization in the British Empire 1780-1970 (2021). Imperializing the Pharmacopoeia: Making Medicines Official in the British Empire 1618-1968 is pending. He also edits Pharmaceutical Historian.
